We are looking for a Technical Program Manager in the Engineering Experience domain. The goal of this domain is to accelerate high-quality delivery by creating outstanding engineering experience. The domain provides tooling (builds products used by engineers), refines processes and fosters the engineering community in Vinted.

• Manage cross team and cross domain initiatives and programs. Our current portfolio consists of ; Internal developer tooling development projects, Incident management process and tooling improvements, Observability standardisation, AI adoption
• Ensure that programs and initiatives are implemented faster while operations run more efficiently
• Together with the Director and Staff Engineer shape the domain's roadmap and initiative portfolio.
• Be responsible for defining and establishing standardized internal operations processes to enhance organisational efficiency and program execution
• Improve processes and metrics required to effectively unblock delivery, accelerate innovation, and/or improve quality
• Increase transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and stakeholder management
• Work to keep the scope of engineering efforts under control and accelerate progress by driving timely, data-driven decisions
• Ensure focus on the most impactful projects and programs while reducing waste and frequent context switching

• Solid technical program management experience at scale
• Interest in internal operations, have a bias for action, be practical
• Experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, along with risk and critical path or critical chain management
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences, including leadership up to executive level
• Change management experience in a large organisation, including implementing new ways of working and managing resistance to change.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience with Observability systems, CI/CD infrastructure, software development and related areas is a big plus.

The salary range for this position is € 5,758 - €7,792 gross per month.
