Information about the position
You’ll join the Marketplace Payments Fraud Prevention team, responsible for chargebacks management, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and driving fraud prevention operational improvements. As a Chargebacks Management Specialist, you will be responsible for financial loss prevention, by ensuring quality payment transaction dispute processing and streamlining the process of contesting disputes.
In this position, you’ll
- Co-own and drive improvements for the domain & related topics
- Develop and improve policies, processes and procedures in the domain
- Own efficiency and high quality solutions for disputes management
- Contest payment disputes daily
- Collaborate with with internal and external stakeholders such as Payment Service Providers
About you
- Prior experience in fraud prevention/chargebacks management/ financial crime prevention
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and gain insights
- Able to handle tasks efficiently and make quick, informed decisions
- Strong communication skills to share and gather information
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proactive mindset and can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change
- Fluent in English
