Information about the position
As a Customer Success Manager, you will support the team across all sales funnel stages, emphasising mid-funnel engagement and post-sales success. Your efforts will be directed toward growing revenue from external partners.
Key responsibilities include the proactive sales of Vinted Go carrier services, focusing on last-mile deliveries and parcel returns, across key markets, including France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. You will also manage and nurture relationships with our existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and success.
Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with key stakeholders, including our Product, Legal, Customer Support, Operations, and Engineering teams.
In this position, you’ll
Sales Pipeline Development:
- Assist in the development and management of a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
- Develop and strengthen commercial partnerships with new and existing accounts through negotiations, proposals, and contracts.
- Assist with customer launches by coordinating among key stakeholders.
Customer and Partner Engagement:
- Conduct due diligence on potential customers and partners.
- Develop scalable processes for nurturing customer relationships, ensuring they receive the necessary attention and support.
- Consistently identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, defining tailored upsell value propositions.
Process and Tools Development:
- Create and refine sales processes and tools to improve pipeline and customer relationship management.
- Define and implement efficient customer-centric sales practices, performance monitoring, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor and report on SLA, retention, and revenue metrics.
About you
- Proven track record in B2B sales partnership management.
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse performance metrics.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Advantage: know any/all of the following languages: French, Spanish, Dutch, and Portuguese.
- Advantage: have used sales tools, such as CRMs, like Sales Navigator or HubSpot and other sales engagement platforms.

The salary range for this position is € 2,392 - € 2,992 gross per month.
