Information about the position
In your new role, you will become part of the Financial Operations team which together with another team of Business Analytics is part of the Vinted Go Finance and Business Analytics domain. Together the function is responsible for coordinating the growth strategy, financial planning, operational resource planning, performance measurement, and financial operations for Vinted Go.
The Financial Operations team is responsible for implementing and improving processes to achieve greater efficiency and accuracy, reduce errors and risks, and provide timely and accurate financial information to support better decision-making.
In this position, you’ll
- Perform, control and validate billing invoice calculation. Actively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that invoices are calculated in a timely and accurate manner, addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise.
- Implement controls and conduct reconciliations to validate billing results.
- Utilise data analysis tools and techniques to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in data, and propose corrective actions.
- Identify and implement improvements and automation in existing processes, draft process flows.
- Participate in the creation of new processes required for business growth.
About you
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field (equivalent working experience is also acceptable).
- Established experience in finance and related fields.
- Familiar with financial concepts and terminology, experience in finance, accounting, billing areas is preferred.
- Ability to analyse and interpret large amounts of financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets.
- Some experience in relevant tools (e.g., NetSuite, Jira, HubSpot, BigQuery, SQL) is considered an advantage.
- Interest in building new processes.
- Organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple ongoing projects.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, highly attentive to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and understand end-to-end processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English.

The salary range for this position is €2,567 - €3,467 gross per month.
