Information about the position
We’re looking for a Brand Operations Manager to help bring structure, coordination, and clarity to our creative processes—playing a key role within the Brand Operations team to drive the day-to-day execution of projects across the Brand Studio, our in-house creative agency.
You’ll manage timelines, resources, and workflows—partnering closely with designers, strategists, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality, on-brand work.
You’ll balance hands-on project management with a broader eye toward process improvement. You’ll also support creative management tooling initiatives (including project management and DAM platforms), help streamline how work gets done, and bring an even keel to the fast-moving world of an in-house creative agency.
You approach operations with empathy and clear communication. You’re resilient, adaptable, and capable of maintaining professionalism and calm even when navigating friction or ambiguity.
In this position, you’ll
Project Coordination & Workflow Management
- Oversee the day-to-day movement of projects from intake through delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business (e.g. Product, Channel, Employer Branding), and Brand Teams (Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, and Brand Studio) to ensure briefs are clear, timelines are realistic, and deliverables are properly scoped.
- Track assignments and milestones, flag risks, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Route feedback, coordinate hand-offs, and provide regular updates to keep everyone aligned.
Resource & Time Management
- Help track and manage Brand Studio team bandwidth and assignments, working with Brand Operations Coordinator and Studio leads to balance workloads and resourcing.
- Map out timelines, scope, and deliverables for projects across design, copy, and production.
Quality & Alignment
- Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and are aligned with the original brief before routing to stakeholders.
- Help collect feedback and insights from projects to inform future ways of working.
- Support project retrospectives to identify what went well and what can be improved
About you
- You have 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or production coordination within marketing, design, or product environments.
- You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping projects moving even when things get messy.
- You’ve worked with project management and creative collaboration tools (e.g., Lytho, Jira, Asana, Monday, Airtable), and you’re always looking for ways to improve them.
- You’re comfortable managing timelines and deliverables while supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- You communicate clearly, calmly, and diplomatically—even when plans shift or tensions rise.
- You’re collaborative, curious, and care deeply about making things work better for everyone in the team.

The salary range for this position is € 2,700 - € 3,400 gross per month.
