The Global People Operations Team, which you’ll be joining, is dedicated to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for employees at every stage of their journey. We lead with care and empathy, building efficient, intuitive processes and systems that keep our people at the center of everything we do.
Leveraging a strong foundation in Workday, our Jira ticketing portal, and automated workflows, we are now entering an exciting new phase: the launch of our People Shared Service Center. This centralized model enables us to scale our impact, enhance service delivery across the broader People Team, and create new opportunities for growth, development, and meaningful contribution.
As a People Operations Partner, you’ll help deliver an exceptional employee experience through your attention to detail, data-driven approach, strong communication skills, and passion for people.
In this position, you’ll
- Manage and guide employees throughout their lifecycle with us – from onboarding to offboarding (employment documentation, visa & relocation, benefits).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and People documentation
- Manage the execution of routine and daily business operations to support overall efficiency
- Manage our infrastructure (ticketing system, Workday, Docusign, etc.) to address global employee requests and guide them through the necessary employment documentation and processes.
- Manage the benefits administration process, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, and support in implementing new benefits and statutory requirements while serving as the contact point to external partners.
- Design, establish, and execute scalable, automated processes and set up the tooling to prepare the organization for growth.
- Collaborate with other People Team functions and stakeholders on various initiatives and projects, ensuring mutual benefit.
About you
- You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, international environment.
- You are familiar with the entire employee lifecycle and have worked on projects to enhance it through process improvements, automation, and data insights.
- You have a strong customer service mindset and, ideally, experience working globally with diverse communities and countries.
- You possess excellent communication and written skills in English and French; any additional European language would be a plus.
- Knowledge of global employment law will aid in managing daily tasks and employee requests, particularly in Lithuania and France.
- You're well-organized, collaborative, service-oriented, and passionate about finding automation solutions.
- Experience with Workday would be a must.

The salary range for this position is € 2,342 - € 3,167 gross per month.
