Information about the position
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Cost Management Partner to join the Cost Management team within Vinted Group Finance. In this role, you will work closely with business unit stakeholders to plan and manage costs, track budgets, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on analysing financial data, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizing financial planning processes. If you enjoy working cross-functionally and turning complex financial data into clear, impactful insights—this opportunity is for you!
In this position, you’ll
- Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with business units stakeholders across the company to plan and manage their costs
- Create regular budget tracking and review process with business units
- Ensure forecasts and budgets have been developed from a sound basis and key assumptions have been tested and challenged
- Analyse budgets and actual costs to maintain control of expenditures
- Develop KPIs, analysis and insights to support business stakeholders in decision making
- Continue improving Financial Planning process
- Support on ad-hoc financial and strategic projects
About you
- Solid experience and track record in finance business partnering, financial planning or a related role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, controlling methods, and financial models.
- High attention to detail, with excellent analytical and numerical capabilities.
- Good at turning financial data into key messages to cross-functional teams, including those who are not quantitative or technical.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable collaborating within a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English.
- Curious, proactive in your approach to learning and execution, creative problem-solver.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets; experience with FP&A tools is a plus.

The salary range for this position is € 3,233 - € 4,383 gross per month.
