Information about the position
Join the Vinted Go Points Operations Development Team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in supporting the development and growth of our PUDO network across different countries. Our team is responsible for expanding, maintaining, and optimising PUDO points, ensuring smooth operations, solving partner-related issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals to assist with network expansion, troubleshoot and analyse daily operational challenges, and optimise day-to-day processes. Your tasks will range from solving real-time operational problems to owning projects that drive efficiency and network growth.

In this position, you’ll
- Analyse and resolve day-to-day operational tickets related to the PUDO network.
- Communicate with external partners and vendors to ensure operational issues are addressed efficiently.
- Assist in launching and executing new projects related to network growth and maintenance.
- Identify and implement process optimisation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Track, measure, and analyse key performance data to support decision-making.
- Work closely with various stakeholders across operations, logistics, and product teams.
- Gain exposure to supply chain operations, project management, and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
About you
- Willing to learn and eager to gain experience in PUDO operations and problem-solving
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Enthusiastic about both strategic planning and hands-on operational tasks.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and interpret operational data to support decision-making.
- Additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus but not mandatory.
