Information about the position
As an Investor Relations Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and strengthening relationships with our investors, ensuring clear, transparent, and engaging communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of financial communication and strategic reporting, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
Joining a newly established team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and influence the development of the investor relations function. We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a strong analytics or corporate finance background, eager to contribute to our success.
In this position, you’ll
- Analyse financial and operational data to support effective investor communication.
- Develop and maintain high-quality investor-facing materials (presentations, reports, etc).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to shape investor relations messages.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments to deliver strategic insights.
- Assist in organising investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows to strengthen investor engagement.
- Respond promptly and accurately to investor inquiries, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Work closely with finance, legal, and executive teams to ensure compliance and alignment in all investor communications.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of a CRM system for tracking investor engagement.
- Support the creation and upkeep of the investor relations website.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function.
- Provide management with actionable insights regarding the investment community’s perception of the company.
About you
- 4+ years of experience in finance, preferably in an analytical role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and succinctly across various formats and audiences.
- Knowledge of the tech industry is a strong advantage.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
