Information about the position
We are excited to be looking for a People Partner to join our Group Functions - Engineering team. In this role, you’ll become a part of the People Partner team. Our purpose as a team is to foster leadership, providing an engaging environment for people and teams to drive business success. You will get a chance to work with business leaders and the People team to help support our Group Engineering teams to enable the Vinted mission.
In this position, you’ll
- People Strategy: Craft and execute strategic people initiatives that align with Vinted's business goals. Develop with the business a practical 12-month people roadmap and support the business in cyclical people related activities e.g. End of Year cycle. Advise on organisational design changes where required.
- Leadership Collaboration and Partnering: Become a strategic partner to senior leaders in Engineering Group functions. Help and challenge business leaders on People related topics.
- Facilitate Expert Support: Act as the vital link between various business units and functions and the central People Function, driving critical people initiatives.
- Engagement and Data Insight: Analyse people data and provide expert advice on employee engagement strategies or people initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Employee Relations: Help people leaders to manage and resolve employee relation issues in close collaboration with People Operations
- People Data: Enable people leaders to own systems related maintenance of job-, or organizational related people data (e.g. Workday)
- Co-Creation and Project Management: Work in tandem with central People Functions to develop organizational wide people products. Take charge of specific people and organizational topics.
About you
- Strategic Thinker and Innovative: You have a flair for identifying and solving problems, keeping a keen eye on the mid and long-term impacts of actions and decisions. You are able to think innovatively about problems and confident to bring new ideas or ways of delivering to the group.
- Business and People Acumen: You have a strong business understanding and commercial awareness alongside a deep knowledge in advanced People discipline areas, including labor laws, change management, performance management. Understanding of what makes leadership engaging and successful
- Exceptional Relationship Management and Communication Skills: Your excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills set you apart. You are able to know when to mediate and when to challenge the status quo.
- Results Driven: Action orientated and result driven mindset. Understanding of people metrics analytics and how to use them to inform decisions and change.
- Emotional Intelligence: You possess high self-awareness and emotional intelligence, crucial with influencing diverse teams. Knowledge of yourself and your values; being able to understand your own emotions, the emotions of others and manage them.
- Organisation: Advanced project management and organisational skills are part of your toolkit. Ability to handle complexity and uncertainty, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Awareness of how you work best and how to manage your time and resilience to deliver results.
- Experienced Professional: You bring 4-8 years of relevant Human Resources experience with a robust business and HR acumen as well as a positive mindset.

The salary range for this position is € 4,017 - € 5,433 gross per month.
