Information about the position
We are currently looking for a new Quality Assurance Engineer to join one of our cross-functional product teams within Vinted Go. Our team works with Vinted’s own carrier called VintedGo and takes care of the acquisition, management and expansion of the Point network.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, leveraging your deep understanding of our product line and customer needs.
In this position you'll:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategy, plans and test cases
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product / technical requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Mentor and support other team members in quality assurance practices and methodologies.
About you:
- Solid hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester
- Have deep knowledge of QA methodology and how to apply it in everyday tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and master new technologies and concepts
- Have basic experience with SQL
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across domains
- Have experience in API testing and familiarity with tools such as Postman
