Information about the position 

Vinted is on an ambitious journey to redefine CRM Marketing, and we're looking for a skilled, analytical, and driven CRM Programs Campaign Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for deploying campaigns across various channels to engage our customers throughout their lifecycle, thereby increasing customer value and delivering significant revenue growth at a high ROI.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Utilize our multi-channel CRM platform (Braze) to launch and manage campaigns, targeting all stages of the customer lifecycle to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
  • Implement automation strategies for campaigns tailored to different customer segments and stages in the life cycle for scalable outreach.
  • Execute campaigns across emails, push notifications, in-app notifications, inbox messages, promo boxes, and more, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate new CRM campaigns, constantly measure campaign performance, rigorously A/B test, and optimize our communications across channels.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, driving them to completion.
  • Work closely with teams across Marketing, Design, DSA, MarTech, Product, and more, leveraging a collaborative approach to enhance CRM initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics to gain insights into customer behaviors and preferences, driving personalized campaign strategies.

About you 

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in CRM ideally with performance focus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Braze.
  • Understanding of data and segmentation methodologies plus A/B testing experience.
  • Have appetite to learn about new channels, customer behavior, analysis, content and KPIs
  • Analytical capabilities combined with business insights, willing to experiment with innovative ideas and validating them through data analysis.
  • Possess curiosity and critical thinking skills, enjoying a high degree of autonomy while taking responsibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • A fun, smart, and open-minded person who enjoys working in an international multi-cultural environment

The salary range for this position is 2,283 - € 3,083 gross per month.
