Information about the position
The Central Logistic Operations Coordinator will supervise and lead the CO Agent team to meet customer expectations and uphold the company's standards to respect delivery lead time and reach the right level of performance from our last-mile delivery partners (DSP)
In this position, you’ll
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team members
- Set individual and team goals
- Organize and lead regular team meetings
- Develop team members' skills through continuous training
- Ensure process compliance and response times
- Optimize processes to improve service quality
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collect and analyze internal customers and DSP feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, warehouse, deployment) to enhance the customer experience
- Manage and optimize our CO Agent teams' tools with Product/Tech teams
- Prepare regular reports on the performance
- Present results and recommendations for improvement plans

The salary range for this position is € 17,47 - € 21,15 gross per hour
