Information about the position
As Workday Integration Partner, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing automation processes within the Workday platform and various other systems. Your responsibilities will encompass validating integration requests, designing, developing, and maintaining seamless integrations, ensuring that integration documentation is consistently updated, and testing integrations following any system changes.
You will join our dynamic People Tech team, which primarily manages the Workday - Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Reporting to the People Tech team lead, you will collaborate with three other People Tech team members. Our team is accountable for configuring Workday, adopting new functionalities, integrating with other systems, and tailoring the system to meet the company's needs. We strive to make Workday a user-friendly, self-service tool that caters to our organization's specific requirements.
In this position, you’ll
- Create new and provide support to existing Workday integrations (inbound and outbound), resolve integration issues and recommend technical solutions to improve existing processes.
- Support People Tech team in proposing integration solutions, helping to configure and test integrations that overlap with functional design or business process operations.
- Develop and maintain integration documentation.
- Implement best practices for data governance and security within Workday integrations.
- Closely work with IT in order to ensure smooth collaboration on integration related matters.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancement, leveraging Workday's latest features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain integrations of other HR systems (Greenhouse, Peakon).
About you
- 2 or more years of experience with Workday integrations and other HR systems (e.g. Greenhouse and Peakon).This could include native or custom integration.
- Confidence with Workday Security, Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields.
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate with colleagues from different functions with impact and credibility.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capability of handling confidential information discreetly and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Solid understanding of Data Privacy principles and being able to apply it.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed understanding of Workday Integration processes and best practices.
- Analytical mindset, focused on problem solving.
- Nice to have: Experience with Workday HCM configuration and/or with Workday Extend

The salary range for this position is € 3,258 - € 4,408 gross per month.
