Information about the position 

We’re looking for a Financial Planning Partner within the central Financial Planning team, who is closely working with two Marketplace and Shipping business units. In this role, you’ll be translating business strategies, ideas, and plans into financial models and quantitative insights to help Senior Management make prioritisation and investment decisions. Moreover, drive the Financial Planning Process for the Total Vinted Group organisation. If you enjoy building financial models to measure the P&L impact, return on investment of initiatives, working with multiple stakeholders to get to one bottom line – this position could be the right fit for you.

In this position, you’ll

  • Ensure forecasts and budgets have been developed from a sound basis and key assumptions have been tested and challenged;
  • Support the planning process from end to end;
  • Build and track performance against end-to-end financial models in support of P&L optimization;
  • Partner closely with business units to build and improve the framework and process for consolidating business cases and use insights to develop future business casing criteria and direction;
  • Partner with Vinted Group management to evaluate any business pursuits and develop improvements on contribution tracking process; 
  • Develop business cases, model assumptions, perform relevant scenario and “what if” analyses;

About you 

  • Previous +3 years experience in finance business partnering and/or financial planning
  • Good understanding of financial statements and investment metrics is a must
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Good at turning financial data into key messages for cross-functional teams (from technical teams to commercial teams)
  • Have good organizational skills with the ability to manage fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as multiple deliverables
  • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English
  • Creative at problem solving tasks
  • Curious, proactive in your approach to learning and execution
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets, with a deep understanding of model architecture, formula efficiency, pivot tables, and macros; SQL understanding is a plus

The salary range for this position is 3,942 - € 5,342 gross per month.
