Information about the position 

You’ll become a part of the Procurement team within Financial Planning & Procurement - supporting internal projects by purchasing, driving negotiations and sourcing, to provide insights and strategic advice to our business stakeholders. Procurement at Vinted is focused on both building value-creating relationships and ensuring that we spend money efficiently.You’ll report to the Manager of Procurement and work closely together with Legal, Security & Privacy, IT and Finance. The entire Vinted organisation will be your business stakeholder.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Support the business through both simple and complex purchases
  • Negotiate with 3rd parties
  • Occasionally drive sourcing projects
  • Help to build the next generation of Procurement by being enabled to shape existing and build new processes

About you 

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Sourcing
  • Have experience driving Procurement projects
  • Have an understanding of Procurement terminology and processes
  • Have experience in commercial negotiations
  • Enjoy stakeholder management in a high-velocity organisation
  • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English
  • Comfortable working with high-level contract revisions
  • Advantage: Experience in one or more of the following categories: Professional Services, Software, Hardware and Telco

Individual Learning Budget

Vinted will set aside a yearly sum equal to 10-13.2% of your annual salary to be invested in your continuous professional development. You’ll be able to take the initiative to use it for covering relevant learning activities that benefit your role.

Hybrid Work

We’ve adopted a hybrid workplace model where 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced. It’s up to you and your team to decide on the exact days you’ll spend working together in person.

The salary range for this position is € 2,533 - € 3,433 gross per month.
