Information about the position 

Member Support department consists of 3 domains: Order Quality, Usability & Technical Support, Shipping & Delivery, and Payment & Safety. As a Project Specialist, you will work within one of the Order Quality & Usability domain’s process quality teams to ensure an effortless experience for Vinted members. The team you are applying to focuses on the High-value fashion track and processes related to the Item verification service.
Your role will involve process creation, data analysis and interpretation, collaborating with various stakeholders, preparation for product initiatives (tests, merges, feature launches), process improvements, and performance efficiency.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Co-own, drive, and co-create processes, policies, and procedures related to the Item verification service
  • Collaborate with team members, partners, internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyse processes, policies, and performance results in order to come up with improvement ideas 
  • Plan, prioritize, and implement needed process improvements
  • Own, drive, or contribute to projects (e.g. Product teams A/B tests, merges, new feature or category launches etc)
  • Co-create your team’s routines & development, cooperation frameworks

About you 

  • Prior experience in project, stakeholder or escalations management
  • Able to handle multiple projects tasks efficiently and make quick, informed decisions
  • Strong verbal communication and argumentation skills to make your point and successfully pitch your ideas
  • Experience with data analysis, interpretation and reporting (working with BI tools or Excel)
  • Strong time management, planning, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Willing and open to looking for and learning new skills, techniques and tactics
  • Prior experience/knowledge in process creation for live support tools handling would be considered as an advantage

Individual Learning Budget

Vinted will set aside a yearly sum equal to 10-13.2% of your annual salary to be invested in your continuous professional development. You’ll be able to take the initiative to use it for covering relevant learning activities that benefit your role.

Hybrid Work 

We’ve adopted a hybrid workplace model where 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced. It’s up to you and your team to decide on the exact days you’ll spend working together in person.
