Information about the position 

As Pricing Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the pricing operations team, streamlining and automating shipping and pricing operational processes, and ensuring alignment with legal and CRM departments. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and operational improvements. You will report directly to the Manager of Pricing and work closely with other teams including legal, CRM, and product to pitch technical pricing system improvements, reduce campaign launch times and errors, and manage manual processes currently handled by pricing analysts.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Lead the pricing operations team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Build up and streamline shipping and pricing operational processes.
  • Create and propose technical improvements to reduce campaign launch times and errors.
  • Assist with the automation of manual processes currently managed by pricing analysts.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with legal, CRM, and other departments.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the implementation of process improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders (legal, CRM, CS) to create and implement best practices in pricing operations.

About you 

  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience in building operations, preferably in e-commerce or marketplaces.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement and automation.
  • Some experience in data analysis and relevant tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, pricing software).
  • Excellent project management skills; capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Comfortable with cross-functional team coordination.
  • Good at problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Well-versed in compliance and legal aspects related to pricing operations.
  • Advantage: Team management experience
  • Advantage: Knowledge of CRM systems like Braze.
  • Advantage: Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

The salary range for this position is € 3,225 - € 3,800 gross per month.
