Information about the position 

As a Training Specialist, you will oversee the complete training cycle for external partner support agents, tailored to specific organisational needs and operational domains. Your primary role involves identifying training requirements by engaging with multiple internal stakeholders and external third-party service providers. You will be responsible for developing and distributing training materials via our Learning Management System (Docebo) and managing multiple training requests simultaneously.

You will not directly deliver training but ensure that all training content aligns with Vinted's standards and effectively meets organizational objectives. You will report to the Training Team Manager and collaborate closely with various stakeholders in an Agile-oriented teamwork environment to maximise training effectiveness and maintain high-quality standards across different teams.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Co-create and prioritize learning objectives for different category training.
  • Research and select tailored training approaches and methodologies.
  • Work on training material creation and improvement.
  • Develop training assignments and training effectiveness measurements.
  • Monitor training progress and results.
  • Identify training needs and/or develop/apply customized training programs.
  • Co-own and drive projects within the Training area and related topics.
  • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders and proactively seek new opportunities to develop and improve training effectiveness.
  • Maintain unified training principles and execution across different teams.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope and be responsible for decisions impacting multiple functional areas.
  • Co-create the team vision, drive process improvements, and align personal growth with the organisational objectives.

About you 

  • Proven experience in business training. 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education sciences.
  • A creative person who is enthusiastic about continuous learning and training.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting and public speaking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and drive them to establish procedures and/or practices.
  • Willing to acquire new skills and apply them across a wide range of tasks and projects and mentor your teammates when needed.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Open to changes and have a positive attitude towards dynamics.
  • Fluent in English (C1).
  • Working experience with learning management systems and/or e-learning authoring tools (particularly Articulate Rise) would be a benefit.
  • Fashion industry knowledge would be considered an asset.

Individual Learning Budget

Vinted will set aside a yearly sum equal to 10-13.2% of your annual salary to be invested in your continuous professional development. You’ll be able to take the initiative to use it for covering relevant learning activities that benefit your role.

Hybrid Work 

We’ve adopted a hybrid workplace model where 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced. It’s up to you and your team to decide on the exact days you’ll spend working together in person.
