Information about the position 

We seek a dynamic and experienced Training Programme Manager to lead the establishment and ongoing development of our Authenticator Training and Development Academy in Hamburg and London. This brand-new role focuses on creating and running a global training program with the aim of making Vinted leaders in this space. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of authentication expertise at Vinted, ensuring that our authenticators are the best-trained professionals in the industry, setting the way for our ongoing success in this space.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Design and launch a scalable and innovative academy programme for new authenticators, targeting skill acquisition within 12-18 months.
  • Develop a comprehensive curriculum covering onboarding, rotations, business shadowing, online and live training, and presentation skills.
  • Implement regular skill assessments and feedback loops for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Focus on a balanced development of technical knowledge and soft skills.
  • Aim to make the academy a globally recognized leader in authenticator training.
  • Deliver high-quality training using best practices and innovative methods.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness through data-driven insights, using your findings to drive change and improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to keep training content relevant and current.
  • Engage in co-creation and collaboration with senior authentication experts to ensure the training program reflects real-world expertise and best practices.
  • Plan, execute, and manage the academy calendar.
  • Manage resources and budgets efficiently, ensuring program success.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from business leads to TA to align training objectives with organizational goals.

About you 

  • Proven experience in program management, particularly in training and development contexts and ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Experience with using and integrating technology into the training programmes, including e-learning platforms and digital tools.
  • A passion for fashion and/or authentication, experience in this area would be ideal! 
  • Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus. Please note all programmes will be designed in English.
