Information about the position 

Join us as a Senior Program Manager in the vibrant Security and Privacy Governance Domain at Vinted! As a valued member of our Security & Privacy Function, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the entire Vinted Group. Your main responsibilities will involve shaping and maintaining our security and privacy strategy and frameworks, as well as overseeing impactful programs that span the entire Vinted community.

We're on the lookout for a strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to navigate and drive programs in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Assist the Security & Privacy Governance Director in developing and implementing the strategy and roadmap for the Security and Privacy Governance Domain, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Manage multiple security and privacy programs concurrently, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Simplify program complexities by clearly communicating scope, dependencies, and proactively eliminating roadblocks.
  • Maintain transparent communication and robust governance for the programs you lead. Ensure timely information reaches all stakeholders, enabling swift and informed actions.
  • Continuously improve the quality of security and privacy services and elevate their maturity within the organisation.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in security and privacy. Provide proactive recommendations for their adoption or their potential impact on the organisation.

About you 

  • At least 5 years of work experience in program / project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Experience delivering cross-functional projects in highly complex environments
  • Are able to find a sensible balance between governance requirements, best practices and business needs
  • Inclined to take ownership and strive for excellence

The salary range for this position is 85,900 - €116,300 gross per year.
