Product Designer, Trust

We see design as a crucial element of achieving our mission, so designers are represented at all levels, including senior leadership. As our new Product Designer, you won’t have to justify the importance of design and will be empowered to focus on people's needs.

As a Product Designer within the Trust domain at Vinted, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our services are useful and usable, and our members are safe from harmful content and activities such as fraud.

You’ll get to design solutions for businesses and end consumers across a variety of channels. You’ll work alongside a Product Manager, 3-5 engineers, and an analyst. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers, visual designers, and content designers. Together you’ll transform complex issues into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use solutions. 

• Champion member-centricity; understand the member journey, convert their needs into actionable opportunities for the team, benchmark against top-tier products and services.
• Drive quality design delivery; ensure cohesive UX across the marketplace while adhering to brand guidelines, anticipating risks and continuously elevating the design quality standard
• Partner up with the Internal stakeholders, Product and Design teams to define problems and goals, map flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the creation process
• Give and solicit feedback from designers and partners across other disciplines

• Proven extensive end-to-end Product Design experience in shipping digital products
• Preferably experienced in delivering cross-architectural products, where one system impacts anther
• Critical design thinker, driven to solve complex problems and able to align teams around problem areas and discovery
• Comfortable with driving iterative strategies to optimise processes and solutions swiftly
• Growth mindset; willingness to learn and openness to feedback
• Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
• A strong collaborator with cross-functional peers

Individual Learning Budget

Vinted will set aside a yearly sum equal to 10-13.2% of your annual salary to be invested in your continuous professional development. You’ll be able to take the initiative to use it for covering relevant learning activities that benefit your role.

Hybrid Work 

We’ve adopted a hybrid workplace model where 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced. It’s up to you and your team to decide on the exact days you’ll spend working together in person.
