Information about the position
Member Support team consists of 3 domains: Order Quality, Usability & Technical Support, Shipping & Delivery and Payment & Safety. As a Project Specialist, you will work within the Order Quality & Usability domain to ensure an effortless Vinted user experience for member support. The team you are applying to works with usability, catalogue topics and item return processes. Your role will be related to data analysis, market research, preparation for product initiative (tests, merges, launches), process improvements and performance efficiency.
In this position, you’ll
Co-own, drive and co-create policies, processes and procedures related to usability, catalog and item return
Collaborate with team members, partners, internal and external stakeholders
Analyse performance results and develop long term solutions to improve efficiency and quality of member support
Own, drive or contribute to projects (e.g. market launches, feature launches, internal process improvement initiatives)
Co-create your team’s routines & development, cooperation frameworks
About you
Prior experience in project, stakeholder or escalations management
Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and make quick, informed decisions
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills to make your point and successfully pitch your ideas
Experience with data analysis, interpretation and reporting (working with BI tools or Excel)
Strong time management, planning, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Fluent in English
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
Willing and open to looking for and learning new skills, techniques and tactics
