Brief info about Vinted
Our mission is to make second-hand the first choice, and we're looking for people who want to help us get there. Every day, we work together to help our members buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items, giving each piece a second life – or even a third.
The Vinted Group is made up of three business units that support this mission:
Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s leading platform for second-hand fashion and a go-to destination for all kinds of pre-loved items, with a growing range of categories. Our platform connects millions of members across 20+ markets, helping great items find a new life.
Vinted Go enhances the shipping experience with a vast network of over 500,000 pick-up and drop-off points, partnering with more than 60 carriers across Europe, with added services like item verification for peace of mind on high-value pieces.
Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.
Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.
Information about the position
To provide on-the-ground HR and operational support to Vinted Go's rapidly expanding hubs in France. Acting as a strategic localized resource, this role bridges the gap between local blue-collar realities and centralized HR systems, mitigating structural bottlenecks and ensuring uninterrupted business continuity. This position provides essential administrative support to facilitate our steady footprint growth, ensure smooth temporary-to-permanent workforce conversions, and gaps in vendor SLAs and automated HR tools.
In this position, you’ll

Track clocking discrepancies within the ChronoOps system, tackle anomalies, and escalate clarified situations to the CPP team to ensure 100% accurate payroll.
- Working Time Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to working time regulations. Ensure work schedules, shift changes, and worked bank days are communicated accurately and on time to the Payroll team.
- Payroll & Administrative Bridging: Manually calculate complex variable pay elements (such as overtime, night shifts, and Sunday work) to cover vendor support gaps. Handle core administrative HR processes workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, mutual agreements (ruptures conventionnelles), and work accident processing.
- Temporary Workforce Administration: Manage temporary agency operations, in collaboration with the TA team by ensuring compliance with agreed rates, verifying contract missions and legal motives (motifs), handling contract signatures, and conducting rigorous invoice reconciliations. Monitor and control temp agency absenteeism and check contract maximum durations.
- Employee Relations & Frontline Support: Provide direct, highly personalized HR support to a blue-collar workforce that faces barriers due to language and digital access constraints. Lead weekly People meetings to review headcount efficiency, absenteeism, sickness, accidents, behaviors, and hot topics per shift.
- Disciplinary & Policy Support: Collaborate closely with the CPP team to meticulously collect all necessary elements and evidence required to build strong disciplinary cases, thereby mitigating significant legal and compliance risks. Act as a messenger on the floor to ensure company policies and best practices are widely known and respected.
Occasionnally, you can :
- Act as a "Buddy" for new hires, helping them navigate the company's tools, policies, points of contact, and internal information to foster operational autonomy.
- Collaborate with WEx and Managers to co-organize monthly events and localized rewards for operatives.
- Provide localized support during constant organizational design changes, such as the opening of new warehouses, site closures, and the introduction of new operations like EVS and Recommerce.
- Assist the CPP Team in the resource-intensive preparation of the Works Council meetings.
About you
