  • AI integration for knowledge management: Research, evaluate, and help implement AI tools that can automate routine updates, personalise content delivery, and highlight knowledge gaps — ensuring accuracy, privacy, and compliance, with appropriate collaboration as needed.
  • Data-informed optimisation: Work with relevant teams to access analytics on usage, search performance, and feedback. Use insights to prioritise content updates, identify automation opportunities, and enhance user experience.
  • Compliance with organisational knowledge management standards: Follow organisation-level knowledge management guidelines and liaise with the IT Service Manager (Knowledge) as required.
