Information about the position
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Recommerce program, with a primary focus on project management. You'll be part of the Strategic Projects & Business Development team, which is dedicated to driving strategic initiatives and ensuring their successful execution. This role will require close collaboration with various departments and teams to achieve the program's objectives efficiently.
In this position, you’ll
- Drive broadly scoped initiatives into well-defined, structured programs through market research, strategic analysis, and the development of business cases and financial models.
- Align stakeholders across different teams and domains, including Product, Operations, Customer Support, DSA, Legal, and Finance.
- Oversee scoping and launching a pilot and coordinate further phased roll-out to scale the program.
- Define performance metrics and targets. Forecast and track actual performance.
- Continuously monitor program success and impact against the strategic rationale and business case. In the event of significant discrepancies, take timely action to realign, pivot, or terminate the program to minimise negative financial impact on the core business.
- Build external partnerships, including leading commercial negotiations and signing contracts.
About you
- Proven track record in program or project management in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in utilising BI tools to analyse data, inform decision-making, and measure success.
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to structure problems, evaluate trade-offs
- Proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders, driving alignment, and leading without formal authority.
- Strong planning, organisational, and execution skills across multiple initiatives and timelines.
- Experience in developing business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses.
- Strong communication and executive reporting capabilities.
- Experience in change management and navigating ambiguity.
- Experience in sales or business development would be considered an advantage.
