As Vinted’s new Web Engineer, you’ll be joining the Member Life Cycle domain. The purpose of our team is to help new and existing members discover the value of Vinted and become active participants in the marketplace. We design and build experiences that drive user engagement from day one — including features like referral programs, onboarding flows, and other growth-focused initiatives that connect people with what Vinted has to offer.

You will join a cross-functional team which comprises mobile developers (iOS and Android), backend developers, a QA engineer, a Product Manager, a Designer, a Decision Scientist, and an Engineering manager to whom you’ll report.

• Work with the latest versions of React, Jest, React Testing Library, Next.js, and other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality features.
• Set the technical direction for web development within the team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall technical strategy.
• Improve code quality and eliminate inconsistencies for a seamless development experience and better overall performance.
• See your code affect millions of members almost instantly – our master branch gets rolled out straight to production on each merge and we deploy many times per day.

The salary range for this position is € 3,558 - € 4,808 gross per month.
